These terms govern access to Encruelecerias websites and purchase of hosting services. By creating an account or using paid services, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Service changes
We may modify features with reasonable notice. If a change materially reduces purchased capacity, remedies are described in billing policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encruelecerias is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services except where prohibited by law. Direct damages are capped at fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the claim, unless a different cap is mandated by statute.
Governing law & venue
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for litigation shall be in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
