Encruelecerias Cloud Node Solutions LLC provides hosting intended for lawful business and personal projects using node, nodejs, node-js, and node js applications. Violations may lead to suspension or termination as described in your agreement.
Prohibited uses (non-exhaustive)
- Illegal content or activity, including fraud, phishing, or malware distribution
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging without verifiable consent records
- Attacking third parties (DDoS, credential stuffing, exploitation)
- Circumventing billing or security controls
Reporting
Send abuse reports to hello@encruelecerias.us with timestamps, URLs, and log excerpts.
Enforcement
We may filter traffic, remove content, or suspend services to protect infrastructure and third parties. Where feasible, we notify customers before action except in emergencies.
Appeals
Customers may appeal enforcement within 14 days by replying to the suspension ticket with corrective steps.
